We stayed at the house located at Santa Teresa Surf Camp. If you are expecting bare bones with a great view and location, then this is OK. One shower didn't have any hot water, one had a trickle of hot water, the day we left the water system completely failed. The beds are old, sag, with worn sheets, and lumpy pillows
